At Houston Harm Reduction Alliance, we are passionate about providing substance using individuals information and tools to stay alive and remain as healthy as possible. We also provide information and resources for those that want to reduce or stop the substance use. In this way, by meeting people where they are, we can encourage each individual to believe in themselves and develop to their full potential.
